Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to join our team at TESCO, Inc. This role is essential in maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of our facilities, contributing to our mission of delivering outstanding hospitality services.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including guest rooms, lobbies, and common areas.

• Ensure all surfaces are sanitized and maintained to the highest standards.

• Manage laundry services for linens and towels efficiently.

• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly.

• Restock supplies as needed to ensure readiness for guests.

• Assist in organizing housekeeping schedules and managing inventory of cleaning supplies.

• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries or requests regarding housekeeping services.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in housekeeping or custodial roles, preferably within the hospitality sector.

• Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques and safety standards.

• Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining cleanliness.

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

• Good communication skills for effective interaction with guests and staff.

• Experience in housekeeping management is a plus but not required.
