Summary

As a Housekeeper at TESCO, Inc., you will be an integral part of our team, responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in our facilities. This role is essential to upholding our reputation for quality service and ensuring a welcoming environment for all guests.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including guest rooms, hallways, and common areas.

• Ensure all surfaces are sanitized and maintained to high cleanliness standards.

• Manage laundry services, including washing, drying, and folding linens.

• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.

• Restock supplies such as toiletries and linens as needed.

• Assist in the training of new housekeeping staff on procedures and standards.

• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request orders when necessary.

• Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest requests or concerns promptly.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial services preferred.

• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to cleanliness.

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

• Familiarity with cleaning equipment and supplies is essential.

• Good communication skills for interacting with guests and team members.

• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks efficiently throughout the shift.

• Experience in hotel housekeeping management is a plus.
