Bart Munro is the Founder, President & CEO Of TESCO, Inc. He is a hands-on owner/operator directly involved in client relations, business development, operations and QA. TESCO’s ‘Personal Touch’ promise comes directly from Bart’s reputation and mission to offer impeccable client support, 24/7 responsiveness and work scope delivery.

With nearly four decades experience as an executive and owner of outsourced contract service companies, Bart founded TESCO in 2020 after witnessing increasing staffing shortages across Hospital, Medical and Education facilities throughout the United States. His vision for TESCO, “the Temporary Staffing Company,” is to create a comprehensive solution to this mission-critical problem. Today, TESCO offers clients a one-stop shop for support staffing needs, with efficient and technologically secure recruiting, staffing and onboarding solutions, as well as remote employee management.

Bart is a 13-Year Veteran of the United States Army, having served in the U.S. and overseas in Germany as a Unit Commander, Training and Operations Officer, Airfield Commander, and helicopter Pilot-in-Command. Bart holds a Bachelor’s Degree in General Engineering, National Security and Public Affairs from the United States Military Academy West Point and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration From Boston University.

Bart is an ardent supporter of veterans, working and volunteering with Veterans Groups with a proven commitment to “serve those who served us.” He served on the Board of Directors for the Brighton Marine Health Center (Brighton, MA) for a decade, facilitating the launch of affordable housing facilities for Veterans in the Boston area, working in conjunction with the VA, Soldier On, Boston Redevelopment Authority and MA Historical Commission.

Bart lives in the Cape Ann, Massachusetts area with his wife, not far from his three daughters, sons-in-law and ten grandchildren.
